Accuform KSS142 Lockout Procedure Station allows you to easily document, track, and provide easy access to your workers of Lockout/Tagout Procedures all in one convenient location. The two-color highly visible red and yellow, silk-screened polystyrene backboard measures: 14″ x 20″ x .060″ thick and has a durable PVC-coated steel wire rack to hold the binder.
This station includes a 3-ring, 1 1/2″ binder to organize your Lockout Procedure Forms (P/N: KSS144) a package of 25 forms are included to record the steps to perform proper lockout procedures.
