Chemical resistant coating on the outer surface of the window to prevent paint from attacking the window. The FR Cotton fabric protects the head from paint over spray. Face-Fit ® Paint Resistant window - wet paint wipes off outer surface. Dry paint cleans easily of outer surface with paint thinner. No more expensive “peel-away” sheets. Inside of window is Permanent Antifog coated for visibility. Window meets ANSI Z87.1 safety standard...Hood is Made in USA

Always do a hazard assessment. You will need to know electrical system voltage, fault current available, number of phases, Arc time duration, estimated Arc gap, minimum distance from the Arc, and Arc configuration.
